I had such a great experience with Michael’s jewelers. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jasmine Acosta. She was such a knowledgeable and charismatic young lady. She had ample product knowledge and even helped me narrow down my choices for Christmas gifts. I especially loved that she communicates in both English and Spanish. The ability to relate culturally and communicate on multiple levels truly adds to the shopping experience. Far too often you’re left to shop with unenthusiastic and lackluster sales people. I was looking for a specific piece of jewelry. Upon entering Michaels Jewelers i was immediately greeted n welcomed by staff.. I spoke with Michelle who kindly showed me my choices and added ideas to my shopping.. I found exactly what i was looking for n had a pleasant experience at the Brass Mills Location.. After being a Kay's customer for quite a few years, but after getting more and more disappointed and frustrated lately, I decided to explore Michaels Jewelers across the hallway in the Brass Mill Center.  I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, non-pushy, atmosphere, and the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the Michaels Jewelers sales staff.  The store manager, Michele Geffert, goes out of her way to search for jewelry items that I am interested in, then calls me when she locates them and/or has them in her store for me to see.  It's a pleasure dealing with a manager who has integrity and pride in the products she is selling, and it's  a nice change to be treated as a valued customer.

I went to another "jeweler" at first. Jeweler told me he had to cut my necklace in half then melt a piece of gold to mend back together. My necklace is a bizmark link, one strip of the link was loose. I disagreed with that Jeweler and went to Michaels Jewelers, Michaels treated my necklace with care and professionalism. When I picked up my necklace I could not tell where it had been broken. That's how you treat customers with care. Shop at Michaels Jewelers best in town.
