Michaels has absolutely solved all of our ring problems! My boyfriend had bought me a ring for Christmas and it was too big for my finger, Mark and Colin were a wonderful help and made our experience excellent. The resizing was really affordable and our experience there was wonderful! Would definitely recommend coming before anywhere else for buying jewelry or resizing services. Their customer service is literally above and beyond excellent!

The service at this Michael’s was top notch. In an era of cheap goods and falling prices, companies sometimes forget the value of quality service. They say Millenials like me don’t shop for jewelry and diamonds any more. Let me add to that perspective. If I wanted cheap goods and disposables, I’ll shop on Amazon. However, if I’m looking for a pretty jewelry piece to gift my wife on a special occasion, I’m going to a brick and mortar, and I’m going to pick the store based on how they treat me. Mark, a sales associate at this Michael’s, took me through the whole jewelry buying process with kindness and consideration, and he did it in a way in which I didn’t feel like I interacted with a slimy salesman (see car dealerships).

I absolutely love Michaels. They are always super patient and provide amazing advice. My very picky wife always finds great elegant jewelry. Their staff is super helpful from Mark or Erin or Colin. The team environment and support is always very inspiring and comforting.

Everyone was extremely helpful. While I was waiting to check out, the gentleman cleaned my rings and gave me some knowledge on precious metals. Everyone who works there were happy and smiling and more than happy to help anyone who walked in. One of the best jeweler a I have been to. I am very happy with my experience every time I have been here.
