I have summer and winter tires, mounted on two separate sets of wheels. I came in to have the summer wheels and tires removed and the winter tires put on before leaving for a trip. It couldn't have been easier. They never bothered to check tire pressure and a few minutes into the trip, the tire pressure warning light came on. All 4 tires were 10 psi low. I filled the tires to the correct pressure and called to complain. The service manager (don't recall her name), said "well, the tech is new, with this just being a swap, he just hasn't done that."  No apology. No concern whatsoever. This was something simple, but it is a safety issue. If I didn't have tire pressure monitoring, this could have caused a blown tire, an accident or worse. If they are missing small, but important things like correct tire pressure, what else are they missing?

I cannot even tell you the extent of trouble these gentleman went through to help me. I called at the last minute needing new tires. They were going to price match a competitors tire until they found me a higher mileage tire for much cheaper. I had an unexpected emergency while I was there....one of the managers offered to let me use his car because they were working on mine. I was able to get other transportation but that is above and beyond. I will never take my car anywhere else. These fellows are fantastic.

Horrible experience.  Went to get a headlight changed,  waited 2 hrs for them to tell me it was an electrical issue they couldn't handle.  Drove off and immediately noticed my engine light was on- it wasn't on when I got there.  I took my car back and waited another 30 minutes for them to bring me a laundry list of big,  expensive things that are apparently wrong with my car.  Pretty convenient that light should come on right after they were messing around under my hood. They sent me on my way with nothing resolved, my car apparently trashed, and only frustration to show for the day I wasted in their lobby. Avoid these crooks at all costs!
