It is an absolute honor to recommend Michele Leone to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. From the moment we began working with her, Michele was extremely helpful, informative, and caring. It was evident from the start that Michele had a great deal of experience and that she was truly passionate about the work she does. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the market and helped us navigate the journey of buying our first home during a very competitive time. Michele dedicated a a significant amount of time throughout our journey to explain the various aspects of buying a home and answered our lengthy list of questions. She always took the time to explain each step of the process and never made us feel burdensome for having questions. As a very detail-oriented person, I was grateful to have found a realtor that didn’t encourage us to settle for anything less than something we truly loved. Michele was always available, even on nights and weekends, and made our entire closing process seamless. Michele has true Pittsburgh charm and made our home-buying process fun and exciting. I couldn't wait to write this review, as Michele has become more than our agent, she has become a real friend. She is just incredible - professional, tireless worker really - no one can keep up with her, kind, down to earth, funny, and genuine. There is NO way we would've found the home we absolutely love without Michele. My husband and I were lucky to come across her and she was truly the angel that we needed to shepherd us through our first-time home buying process. From start to finish she went above and beyond for us. When we first connected with her, we were in the process of ending a contract with an agent who just wasn't a good fit for us, and Michele was patient with us and supportive while we sorted that process out. Once we were officially ready to work together, we hit the ground running! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the greater Pittsburgh area, guiding us as new listings came up so we had the best chance for success in our search. Her tenure and vast experiences throughout her career make her a wealth of knowledge on the endless number of things that pop up during the home buying process. Being that we were first-time buyers, we had a learning curve to get through and Michele guided us through every piece of the process with the intention to help us learn and be confident in our decisions. She made every step of the home buying process easy to understand, and provided guidance as if she were talking to an old friend. She never made us feel like just another "sale." She made us feel cared about and looked out for, guiding us with advice as if this was a home she was purchasing herself. That approach is just so rare these days. Given the intense competitive state of the real estate market, Michele provided us with many ideas for how to make our offers attractive, always taking the time with us to strategize our best course of action. There were many late night phone calls where the three of us would bounce different ideas and scenarios off of each other, with Michele advising us every step of the way. In this frenetic market, having someone sharp who's always thinking a step ahead is invaluable. Since my husband and I are both pretty picky, it took some time to find the exact house we wanted, but once we did, it was full speed ahead. In less than 24 hours the home was listed, we toured in-person, Michele wrote and sent the offer, led the negotiations with the seller on our behalf, strategized with us, and ultimately got our offer accepted and signed to ensure we had an agreement before a rush of other buyers came to see it the next day. To say it was a whirlwind day is an understatement. There is no one else that could've done what Michele did for us on that day. I mean it when I say that no one works as hard as she does - it's just in her DNA. Not only is she wonderful to work with, but her network of trusted professionals throughout the home buying process were wonderful as well. The lending company and inspector she introduced us to were second to none. The lender was not only the most competitive in terms of rates, but they gave a personal touch the entire way through that made my husband and I feel confident that we were in good hands and would close on-time, without any issues. And that is exactly what happened! We were able to close in 30 days mind you, this fell in December over Christmas! and had the ability to call our lender contact at any time for guidance. I told Michele many times that even though when we find a house I'll be very happy, I will also miss having an excuse to talk to her every week! She is a truly wonderful person, professional, and friend. There's a reason why she has so many 5-star reviews, and we're so fortunate that we could be one of them. Thank you, Michele. Michele was the best realtor for us! My son was buying his first house, with a little help from my husband and myself. Michele truly worked for our son every step of the way. She is very professional, yet we got to feel like we were being treated like family as she was right on top of getting all information to our son and when needed, to my husband and me, during the whole process. We had a difficulty with the loan officer and his lack of communication, Michele advocated for us and demanded nothing but excellent service from the loan officer, the kind of service she provided us. We are all thrilled with our son's new house and we all appreciate Michele's knowledge, expertise and professionalism throughout the search and purchasing of the house. We will not hesitate to use her again and/or recommend her to anyone else that is looking for a realtor.

"Where do I even start? Michele is amazing. She is fantastic at her job, honest, knowledgeable, available, hard working, and determined. Michelle was great as a listing agent. She was thorough and made the process very easy from start to finish. After she walked through our house, she went over recent sales and listings in the area of similar homes. After that, we talked about pricing options and she let us select the price with which we were comfortable. She definitely knows the business and puts you at ease with options. Once the listing was placed, the process was smooth as could be. She worked through everything and set up all the necessary appointments. We will and have recommended Michele without hesitation!
This is our second home we've purchased with the help of Michele. We looked at homes for roughly a year before we found the one we wanted. She was always willing to see homes with us even though we dragged it out, and really helped us with the only offer we submitted, which was accepted!
