The ladies were meticulous about planning our trip down to every last detail! They are timely in returning calls, and very knowledgeable. Once we arrived at our hotel everything was just as described and went smoothly. I will never plan another trip on my own! Thanks again!!!

Adriana helped me (who are we kidding, totally did ALL of the work) plan a Disney vacation for me and my adult, autistic son. And because one autistic adult Is not enough, his best friend came along as well. And yes, this is an overused descriptor for Disney, but the experience was nothing short of magical! Adriana took into consideration our special circumstances. She found the best fit for our needs and budget. She arranged for fast passes, dining, and walked me through to process of how to get a disability access card for the two "boys". When our flights were delayed and we had an unexpected layover in Houston, a quick call to Adriana got us a refund of a night's stay at Disney and a new flight the next day that would still allow for some Disney fun....just a little later than originally planned. Michelle's Destinations and Adriana made our vacation seamless and fun, fun, fun.....back from Disney with lots of great memories and totally exhausted (but in a good way.). Thank you Adriana!

My husband and I have used Michelle's Destinations for over 15 years for all of our traveling needs. We remember when Michelle was first starting out on her own and how incredibly attentive she would be. The company has grown with several additional agents working for Michelle with Michelle's focus primarily on destination weddings. Over the last few years we have been dealing with one of her partners Mrs. Shelly Ramirez and the service has been spectacular! Without a doubt, she does an amazing job of taking care of all of her customers from recommending vacation spots, making reservations for air, hotel, rental cars, personal guides or anything else you might need. We have been most impressed with the way Shelly continues to follow us online as we travel, to make sure that everything goes as planned making any changes that are necessary etc. To sum it up, Michelle's Destinations Unlimited, whether it be a honeymoon, cruise or a weekend trip to some city near by or far away provides an excellent service that you can depend on.

My husband and I have used Michelle's Destinations for over 20 years and can not speak highly enough of her and all of her agents. The personal attention and care they give you to make sure you have the best vacation and travel experience is awesome. My husband and I were out of the country when hurricane Harvey hit Houston and all we had to do was call Michelle. We already knew we were in good hands and were able to enjoy the extra couple of days of vacation. Michelle and her group worked tirelessly to get us a re-routed trip with the best seating and as little layover time as possible and made sure we made it all the way back home from the airport to our front door. Now that is service!!!

I really don't know why everyone doesn't use a travel agent to plan their vacations. You get the benefit of personal recommendations rather than internet research all for what is quite a bit cheaper (by my comparisons) than if you tried to do it all yourself. Plus, all the time savings. Michelle's has helped my family plan a few of our vacations now and I've only ever had great experiences. We recently planned a Bermuda vacation and went back and forth quite a bit working on dates and locations to optimize for beach and city proximity (with personal first-hand knowledge) as well as cost. Michelle's just makes everything about vacationing so easy.
