Amazing place to watch college football. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to West Point for a football Saturday. The place drips with history and us one of the most scenic venues around. It is on campus so give yourself plenty of time to get to the stadium and into the parking lots but enjoy the walk around campus. As at Annapolis the students are incredibly impressive.

Great place to bring your family and specially kids to watch a game, very patriotic, in contrast to the NFL B.S. everyone stood for the national anthem, 5 skydivers parashuted on the field prior to the game, 3 helicopters​ flew overhead, people are nicer. Huge tailgate party tents. Port a potties are scattered around the parking lot. Free Shuttle buses are available if you don't feel like taking a 10 minutes walk to the stadium. Plenty of souvenir shops, there is also a hotel on the premises. There's gorgeous views of the mountains and valleys.

The best college sports venue I know of, right up there with Cameron Indoor Stadium. The Autumn leaves are spectacular, as are the views of the reservoir. A quiet reverence for God and country mixes with a playful enthusiasm for sports!

Beautiful... especially seeing so many in uniform. I personally enjoyed seeing the commandant 3-star doing push ups with the cadets and a few cheerleaders every time a West Point touchdown and field goal are made. I always thought it would be cool to see all the pomp and ceremony involved with a big military acadamy... Casually touring the grounds was very interesting too. You should get there earlier than you might think as a lot happens that can slow you down. For instance, there is a lot of traffic that has to go through the few security gates. Also, everyone in the car must have a picture ID ~ drivers license, military ID, etc. to get on base. Army sqeaked out a win against East Michigan U.... 28 -27 ~ very evenly matched. Worth every second!

If you're seeing Army play try to get there early. Had head to the gates about an hour prior to kickoff to avoid the crowds and enjoy the pregame festivities.
