I needed my crawlspace fixed up due to water issues. The quote was very fair and the salesman was not pushy unlike other companies. Initially it was going to take a month until they could start the work, but they put us on a waiting list and the work was done within 2 weeks of the quote. The workers were very friendly and answered all of my questions with honesty. They had a fun time under my crawlspace singing and laughing and it seemed like they really enjoyed working. I'm not sure how considering they had less than 2 feet to work with in water no less! The work took two days to complete which I felt was really quick! All in all I was extremely happy with the work done and I feel like my family will have much healthier air to breath and I have a healthy crawlspace that will allow my house to last longer! Edit: I've had two issues so far. The heater condensation line ran into the crawl space. This allowed water to just sit on top of the plastic that they laid down. Thankful they came out for free and fixed the issue! More recently due to the cold weather the outflow pipe froze. Again they've been super helpful and they are coming out to fix that too!

Highly recommend Michigan Basements. We had Todd out to take a look at finishing/waterproofing a small crawl space - his recommendations were straight to the point and he didn't try to sell us on any "fixes" that were not needed like other companies had. I appreciate their attention to detail and thoroughness, as well as their commitment to doing the job right!

Don and his team were awesome with waterproofing our basement. Very thorough - from start to finish, had our basement done in 2 days. Todd is wonderful to work with and goes over every detail of the entire process. We are looking forward to the remodel of our basement to start in just over a week and continuing to work with such a great company. I am sure that we will have another awesome experience with the remodel and making our basement the way that we have wanted for years!

I strongly suggest/recommend calling Michigan Basements before having anyone waterproof your home! I was selling my house and needed to have the waterproofing done before the buyers would close. I had the "big company" out and they wanted over $12,000 to fix my leaking basement....and it would take over six weeks for them to "fit me in". I called Michigan Basements and their crew fixed my problem for $7000 and had it done the next week!! Thank you to everyone at Michigan Basements....the buyers/new owners thank you too!!

Have spoken with the sales staff on various occasions. Always very professional and courteous. Once I decide to go forward it will definitely be with Michigan Basements!
