They literally never answer their phones and their wait times are over 3 hours to get a call back/someone on the line. You're more likely to get better service from a monkey than from here. On top of that, they cancelled my benefits because apparently I didn't submit my 6 month review, but guess what, I did two months prior. They actually never check anything you submit through your account unless you literally waste 3 years of your life spam calling them to look at it so they don't cancel it on ya. Good luck applying for benefits, you're gonna need it.
