Being referred to Michigan ENT by a neighbor/friend, I was glad because they were welcoming and pleasant from the time I entered, during and throughout. PA Scott Parrott is a rotating ENT specialist who was great during my visit. Other Medical Staff members were professional and not condescending. I'll be back and definitely Highly Recommended.

I have really enjoyed working with Dr. Strabbing as my allergist!  He is super knowledgable and helpful.  I also enjoyed having Kimberly for allergy injections as she was very kind and friendly, and did a great job at giving the injections!

Dr Strabbing and everyone at Michigan Ent is amazing. They go above and beyond in helping you with any of your ent needs. My two sons and I are all patients here and I  recommend them to everyone. One of my sons had tubes placed last year. My other son had his tonsils and adenoids removed and tubes placed. They did and excellent job explaining the procedure before hand. The surgeries helped my kids immensely. I have been here for my vertigo and sinus problems.

My husbands 1st visit was successful. We do feel the second visit which was a follow up should have been a non copay visit.

I would have given ten stars but it’s not an option, Dr. Micheal Foster is great at what he does and within 5 minutes of meeting me knew he wanted to do surgery and got it scheduled today asap. He was friendly and informative, and after the pain and stress of my week I immediately knew I was in the right place. I got through surgery with swift recovery, here it is literally 8 hours after my procedure and I can breath and move freely and I’m no longer bleeding from my face. Also the nurse and anesthesiologist who worked with him today said a prayer with me and it was an all around great experience. If you ever have any ear, nose or throat issues you should definitely use Dr. Micheal Foster and his associates. God bless them. sincerely Joseph Barnett

It was a fantastic experience and they made it super painless for our son. All around great experience. Would recommend.

dr Orrin is a great Doctor who is kind and pleasant to work with. The staff is equally kind  as pleasant to work with.

Dr. Foster is professional, caring and at the top of his game. I trust him with my hearing issues.

Dr. Orton was very thorough in explaining my condition.  He gave me advice on what my next steps should be.

Unfortunately I have to agree with Karen. Dr. Palmer is the sole reason this score is not lower. The visits can never be accurately charged, I have always paid my copay upfront and end up with added charges later. After spending two plus months trying to get a small bill resolved last year I ended up just paying it as they were threatening collections even with receipts and other proof. I have used the audiology, PT, allergy testing with SLIT and shots as well as procedures and consultation at the Holland and Grandville locations. Dr.Palmer, the majority of the nurses and checkout staff at the Holland location are the only redeeming grace. Appointments get moved, cancelled last minute and there is no grace for being late, ever. I swore after the mess last year I would never go back but my allergies have been uncontrollable so I caved. HUGE mistake, after another copay and paid ahead request, not to mention several calls with staff, I'm informed they have to push me out another 11 days. Save yourself time and money or at the very least shop around before coming here as each ENT has to do their own very expensive testing for treatment so good luck in transferring care.
