We have been with Michigan's Best Insurance Agency for our autos and home for several years.  We have always found them to be very conscientious and trustworthy.  Whenever we ask them a question, they are always prompt to reply.  And the best part is we saved several hundred dollars just by switching over to them!
   I would not hesitate to  recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reputable insurance company with reasonable rates.

I have had several of my businesses insured at Michigan's Best with multiple lines of coverage for a few years now and I have never been disappointed with the level of service I have received. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, even to the point of working outside of normal business hours when needed.

They write through many different companies and have moved my policies to other companies to get the same coverage at a lower price. And the best thing about it was, I didn't have to call them to ask for a lower price, they checked pricing at each renewal and called me with any better pricing that was available. That's what I call real customer care!

The agent who helped me was very, very kind and patient and he stuck with me through the whole process. This was the third company I called--the cost was less than half that of the other two quotes. I highly, highly recommend you give them a try. Fella, if you are reading this, thank you very much for helping me :)

Scott and Alyssa really bailed me out of a jam.  Due to an error AAA cancelled me and then wanted to double my premium.  I had been with them since 1984.  Michigan's Best got me excellent insurance immediately for a fraction of the cost that AAA wanted.  I would recommend using them if you are looking for an excellent agency.
