Pricing and financing was fair and easy. Service and installation was terrible. Was quoted four hours and it took eight I never received a single call and actually had to drive up there to find my vehicle sitting outside. Didn't even install my radio correctly so I couldn't access half of my settings. Mediocre service at best. I would not suggest going there again.

Tony and Brad are the best ppl at the Mickey shorr company they are really nice and they go above and beyond they are completely help and the take good care of you I would recommend them for any job dealing with speakers or car radios they know there stuff when it come to this business

I'm one on the pickiest people ever. I need to see everything brand new coming out of the box and being installed right. With that said, I have an 08 f150 4door. We did 2 shallow subs and a t500 amp. Yes it's expensive. You get what you pay for with car audio. I spent the big bucks to get everything covered and to make sure there were no problems what so ever. They installed everything just the way I wanted it and it worked perfect!! But... two days later and after spending over a 1000 dollars. I didn't want to settle for shallow subs. I wanted it to hit hard. I called Tony and said man, I need it to be louder. I had a box under the bench seat and I had all the room in my truck. He told me that I wouldn't have the whole seat if we changed it. I said that's fine with me. Don't get me wrong for all the people with trucks out there. That set up was loud and very good. I just like mine very loud. Tony, Brad, Bobby, and Mike took great care of my customer service and my vhecial. They took the set up out and put in a box that would only take up 2 out of 3 seats in the back for all the dad's out there.
