Fantastic. My realtor, Julie, went above and beyond with my first home purchase. She showed me SO many places, was honest about her opinions of them, worked up multiple offers and backup offers, and really helped me through the whole process. And then my transaction manager, Dawn, was excellent. She kept me in the loop and educated throughout my pending period, and during the transition after closing. I would highly recommend Mickie C & Company to anyone.

We had first tried a big name realtor (Lo--- Group) that seemed to get our listing and then pretty much ignored us.  We switched to Mickie C and it was immediately noticeable how much better we were treated.  All of the staff were wonderful in helping us sell our home.  When any problem came up, they were super helpful.  Made life much less stressful for us as we were already moved out of town..  We are so glad we switched to Mickie C and would highly recommend them!!!

First let me say a "major" thank you to Mickie C. , Dawn, Brenda, Briana and whoever else had a hand in dealing with a most difficult ( putting it mildly) estate sale. It was a case of the unstoppable force (Mickie C. and Company) meets the immovable object (a squatting stubborn sibling living in the house to be sold)  When the dust finally settled, Mickie C. and Company proved to be truly unstoppable. And in record time. Browsing their website convinced me they were professionals but I was shocked and amazed how fast it was all over and I never left my home 120 miles from the the estate house. I've never even met them face to face. All was handled on my cell phone including signing paperwork. And they don't mind texting. So nice.  They are some of the nicest down home people you will ever meet. I'm really looking forward to meeting them next time I'm in the Houston/Katy area and thanking them personally.
   Would I use them again? That's a no brainer.
   Would I recommend them?  As far as I'm concerned their the only game in town.

Julie is really a great agent. She  does a good job of learning what your preferences are and adjusting her search parameters. You can really see her results as time progresses. After less than a dozen homes, we found a place that I loved. She is also very knowledgeable of neighborhoods in the Houston area, and she is not afraid to tell you if the house or neighborhood should be avoided. Both Julie and Dawn are very accessible, and they usually respond to emails within a few hours, even it is very late at night.
