Recently went into this store this past weekend. I received wonderful service while buying my new Surface Pro. The employees did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied with the product I was buying and made sure that I got the best deal that I could! I will defiantly be returning to this store for any additional Microsoft purchases that I may make in the future.

UNEDUCATED STAFF.

I sent an email to the store manager regarding my concern 8 days ago and till now no respond.

Feb-19-2018 Every Experience there is worth than the previous one, even customer service are horrible.

Unbelievable staff.  They Always treat me the old fashion way...like my business matters. They fixed my computers for half of the price of the geek people. And feel as tho i can trust them with my computers for repair. Beyond helpful. Thanks again guys. Ill tell all my friends and family about you as well BRETT

I always stop by this store when I go to the mall. The employees are super helpful and they really care. I've several computer issues solved here.

Everytime I stop by the Rockingham Mall I stop at this store. I consider myself a pretty big tech guy and already know about all of the products. Associates are never pushy, instead they just geek out with me. I recommend this place for computer and other tech shopping for sure.
