This Microtel was a nice hotel. Keep in mind it is a Microtel, meaning the rooms are small, yet they are efficient, and work perfectly for overnight, safe accommodations. The front desk clerk, Neil, was very nice, helpful, and informative. He made the check in process easy and pleasant. My room was clean, efficient, and properly prepared. It had a refrigerator and microwave, as well as a hair dryer. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, a recipe for a good night's rest after a long day of driving. The breakfast served in the morning was good. I grabbed a couple hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and banana. Perfect fuel to get the day started. I would definitely stay here on a return visit. The value matched the room rental fee.

We are expanding our breakfast, we are adding biscuits and gravy. We have a wonderful staff now, If you haven't stayed at our Hotel I highly recommend you to try it out. If you have and we're not satisfied, I'm asking you to come back and see the changes we have made. They are to your advantage, you will definitely enjoy your next visit and you will appreciate the changes! It's all for our guest, we want you to feel our hotel is your home away from home.

Do your self a favor and stay out of this dive of a hotel. The entire experience was aweful. The desk guy was a JERK with 0 customer service skills. He threaten to charge us a $250 cleaning fee on our well trained tiny therapy dogs. Then after being treated horribly he refused to refund our money. We were in the room for all of 3 minutes. I’m still working to get my money back and considering hiring an attorney for the complete violation of rights!

Nogotiat a price and it's well worth it. Keep I mind the name Microtel. The rooms are extremely small. I was working on a job and saved a lot of money staying here. If I had to pay full price there's no way I would've chosen this one but they gave me a good rate and that made all the deference.
