We loved our stayed. The staff was very friendly, the food was great. The shuttle driver was wonderful and friendly. If there was a complaint it would be I didn't have enough time at the hotel.

This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. Morning breakfast has a waffle maker along with very fresh scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Cereal, bagels and pastries, juice along with fresh fruit and yogurt . Hot coffee is available all day as well.

I recently booked this hotel for a family funeral in Philadelphia. My husband and I were WELL PLEASED with the cleanliness of the hotel in general and our room. The free breakfast was fantastic and there was plenty of variety for every taste and appetite. I will say there could have been better coffee, but I just prefer a stronger brew. ALISHA, Housekeeper was the breakfast attendant/cook the morning of my Aunts funeral, and I must say, whatever you are paying her is NOT ENOUGH! She is SO Pleasant and friendly, and speaks so highly of her job which is rare these days. She is a Gem! do whatever you have to do to keep her. PROMOTE HER! the location was good too. I worried about airport noise, but I never heared a single plane. All in all, the hotel is fairly new (around 2 years old) I was impressed, it still smells of fresh paint! It turned out to be about a 10 to 15 minute drive from everywhere we needed to be. Thank you again for a most enjoyable stay. Will most def book again and have already recommended it to family in Philly for their out of town guest in the future.

Filthy small. I was scared to go too sleep. 92.00 for a room one night. Elevator had an awful smell only ice machine that worked wad I the third floor. There was cracks in the wall. Human hair on the comforter. I had to catch a red eye flight and this place was convenient. Never again

The absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life. Not only did the room smell like gas for the entire stay and the room was dirty with old coffee and such around, but manger LaKosha Dickerson and checking in were nightmares. We were guaranteed an early check in the night before because we were flying in early for our honeymoon. We arrived at 10 a.m. and LaKosha Dickerson was completely rude at the front desk and accused us of lying before telling us we had to wait until at least 1 p.m. There were others in the lobby with a similar situation, yet we were the only ones who were not offered a free shuttle service anywhere we wanted to go in the city. While we sat in the lobby for hours waiting for a room to get ready, the manager shot us dirty looks from the counter and made comments to others about us until we called corporate, where she continued to say we were lying about what we were told. It was not our first stay at the hotel as we had just been there recently, and the staff was always willing to call a cab for us from our room. However, our hotel phone would not work in our room, and the manager/front desk refused to call a cab for us. The hotel is fairly new so the majority is in good shape for now, but it’s obvious it will be on the decline soon if our room was any indication of where it’s heading. Our honeymoon had a dark cloud over it because of this hotel, and it’s well worth the money to go elsewhere closer to the city. We wasted a lot of money on two nights and feel cheated by a bad hotel.
