The only reason that this bank is getting 2 stars is because they are always friendly and nice. It's really not the tellers fault that they work for a bank with horrible policies. 
Our main complaint about this bank is the fact that they have blocks on every state but Missouri. Because of this, every time we need to make a purchase online, for personal or business reasons, we have to call to ask them to lift the block. If I need to pay my ATT bill, or Verizon bill, I have to ask permission. 
We run an Internet buisness so this is incredibly annoying.  Even to issue a refund to someone in New York, I have to have them lift the block. 
Since the girls only work from 9-4:30, you can only get the block lifted while they are there too. 
We have had trouble with this bank even putting a block on checks over $5000 because the other party just put "for deposit only" on the back of the check. Apparently,  the company who receives the checks, need to write more on the back.
They charge for every little thing too. 
We can't transfer money between our own accounts ether.  
We have opened new accounts elsewhere and only stayed with Mid Mo Bank just a couple of months. Everyday was a new reason to leave. We just couldn't take it any longer. It's really shocking how they stay in buisness.
