I brought my Sebring to Mid South this week to have the top replaced. I had a professional relationship with Mark. He did an awesome job on replacing the roof. I am very happy with the results. Everything went very well and I am glad I took my car to Mid South Upholstery. A happy customer.

Took my 21 foot bay boat over for an estimate to repair four seats.  We agreed on a price and I asked him when could he do it.  He said 5.12.16.  This was two to three weeks out .  I said OK can I leave it, he said no that he would call and confirm my appointment on 5.11.16.  He (Mark I believe is his name) wrote my name, the boat info, my phone number, and the price on his white board/schedule.  He said it would be ready in one day.

On 5.12.16 I called after they opened at 9:35 a.m. and said no one called me the day before to confirm my appointment.  He said we don't always get around to calling everyone.  I said but you told me not to just show up that you would call.  I said what do you want me to do?  He said bring the boat over, and I told him it would have to be on my lunch hour.

I show up around noon and he tells me where to park the boat.  I said sorry its noon but you said you were gonna call, he said we get busy and you knew to bring it.  I was unhooking the boat from the truck and raising the jack to remove it when I asked him when will it be completed?  I said are you still gonna have it done in a day?  He said oh no it will be sometimes next week, cause YOU didn't bring it this morning like you were supposed to.

At this point I was pissed and said bullshit I'm not gonna leave my boat and he went off cursing and telling me to get off his property.  We exchanged lots of curse words and then I connected my boat and left.

He is very unprofessional and a real squirrel to do business with!  I would suggest bringing acorns instead of cash when you pay him.

Good luck if you use this place!  Glad I left when I did, can't imagine how it would have turned out.

Called to gett information. When i asked if i could bring my truck in to look at the seat thr eoman on the phone was very ugly and rude to me. She stated that she fid not sit around and twiddle her thumbs all day. Thatiwouhbneed an apt.
