Great school, the teachers do their best to find time outside of class to help, and the counselors do their best to answer all your questions.

I have had a few issues and mistakes at the college, but honestly nothing you won`t have at the U.W.S.P. One review was complaining about classes not transferring to the U.W. but please evaluate what a tech school is before you let that change your decision. Ultimately it is the U.W. that decides what it will accept not the other way around. Another complaint was that tests and assignments are either starting or already being done online but keep in mind that a lot of certification is done through the internet now e.g. CRN and CRT exams. If you need to do things in person by paper no exceptions, then perhaps you should not be going back to college at all.

I have recently tried going to midstate on advice about my career and academics with the intent of taking classes there but I have only been disappointed. The employees there seem to not care about you or their job. One of which was a counselor who seemed to not listen and not say much of anything other than ok and uh huh. Stephanie Bender was by far the worst counselor I have ever talked to. If the counselors are that bad I can only imagine how the teachers must be. I was contemplating finishing my program here or at least taking a few classes but now I feel like I don't want to support this college.

The staff at MSTC went the extra mile. I was able to expand my talents and build a 3d printer in the lab as part of my internship. This was something no other college offered.
