Ive been with Mid Usa for years now. Brian has been my agent and anytime I have questions or want to shop rates, he gets back to me immediately. Because they are an independent insurance agency, I feel I'm getting the best deal as they can shop several companies to give me the best policy for my needs. It's like having your own personal insurance shopper.

Mid USA Insurance is a professional agency that truly cares about their customers.  They offer great service combined with competitive rates.  Go see Kim, Brian, or Paul and tell them Carrie sent you.  You won't regret it!

Do not use this company! They raised the coverage on our house without discussing it with us or getting our approval. They increased the coverage by 10% but the premium went up by 50%. Then when we ask them about it they dodge our questions and are rude to us. Since it comes right out of our escrow account we cant even dispute it. They increased the replacement cost to 240k for a 1600 sq ft house. As a home builder i know this is shady because i build similar houses for less than that. Also, we should only be required to maintain enough insurance to cover our mortgage which is also much less than 240k, considering we bought the house for 200k. Buyer beware, do not use rhis company. These people do not care about you or your hard-earned money.
