Dr Kronen and his staff are extremely efficient and highly professional. Every person I have contacted  by phone or spoken with in the office since before my treatment began, has been very helpful answering questions, making appointments and providing copies of info needed.  Dr Kronen himself listened to the issues and symptoms I was having , starting with less invasive treatment first and then later a surgery that was painless and very quick. For these reasons and more I give him and his office 5 stars.

I have never had a more pleasant experience while having surgery. Dr. Fakhouri has performed all 3 of my surgeries. I have had Two carpal tunnel surgeries and 3 masses removed from my left wrist and both times I was a patient at the center the staff and doctors have been amazing. I felt like I was being given the same treatment that the employees would have given their own family. I strongly suggest this center to everyone I know and will continue doing so.

Had successful surgery and therapy on my hand. The next year I brought my 4 year olf in for treatment for a broken arm. They gave great care to him as well. I highly recommend MidAmerica Orthopedics.

slow service. took me 2 1/2 hours to get into the office then i left after being here for 3 1/2 hours. i broke my ankle and they kept telling me the same thing and it didn't get healed until a year later. i did everything they said and it still didn't heal

Billing department doesn't want to negotiate for self pay patient. If you go there you are in trouble. All they do is fret you with collection agency. Service is not professional as well. The owner of this business doesn't even realize what his stuff doing to customers.
