I'm giving 3 stars only because the second time I went they were helpful.  The first time they charged me for 1 thing but did another.  I only found out when I went to another shop did I see what they had done

Mike, certified mechanic, listened to me. He introduced himself and test drove my mercedes. He heard the noise 2 other Midas locations did not. Up on the lift, he immediately saw the problem, which the 2 other locations did not see.  Correct parts ordered and work completed under warranty. Super job, great place for honest service and professionals who care about their customer and safety! Thanks!

Midas ruined my new 2015 car's oil plug and filter. There are inexperienced mechanics working here. 

It is common knowledge to not over torque these components but they tightened my oil plug with an impact wrench and rounded out the hex bit so it cannot be removed anymore. 

 I took the car to another mechanic who did not want to touch the car after seeing how rounded out the drain plug was, and said a new oil pan will be needed since they tightened it way too much. 

I had to hire a professional welder to weld a new nut to the rounded out oil plug in order to change the oil. The oil filter was also over-torqued, causing sealing and additional leaking issues. 

The car now leaks oil and cannot be covered under warranty do to these mechanic's errors. The car only had 10,000 miles on it when I first brought it in to Midas for a simple oil change, no other mechanics had touched the car since Midas did the oil change. This has now turned into a +$1,000.00 job. 

DO NOT TRUST THE MIDAS TOUCH!!!

They WILL damage up your car with lazy mechanic impact wrenches on the wrong components. Something you will not notice until you bring back for routine maintenance.

Did a good job with my oil change but they never gave me a price quote on the work they were going to do. Ended up paying about $7 more than I expected.

These hillbillies tried to not rip me off once but twice! Told me this and this as wrong took it to 2 other mechanics and was total opposite. Beware!
