I knew Midas was a terrible chain franchise from the start, but I accidentally booked an appointment there and decided to just go. I just needed a tire patch and a bit of metal removed from my tire. After 3 1/2 hours in a not even crowded lobby, they said they couldn't find anything wrong. So I said to just lower my car and I'll come back if it happens again. Easy, right? Nope. They must have some instructions to charge for SOMETHING no matter what (or the mechanic wanted to get himself a tip one way or another) because he replaced my tire cap without permission, resealed a non-leaking tire, and then rotated my tires. So I had to pay for made up labor just because they wanted to make money off me anyways. I will never step foot in one of these scam-ridden atrocities ever again. Get it together, Midas.

The kicker? They left the bit of metal in the tire! Even after I pointed it out to the mechanic myself! Guess  I'll have fun with a blown out tire down the road. Thanks for nothing.

i have a 2010 caddy CTS i took for an oil change . The staff were really nice ppl but the work was not great .. after having my car back and driving it over the span of about 25 days or so I started to hear some noise and just yesterday my check engine light came on. I look at my oil dip stick and I have nothing in the oil pan.. i called in to have my car looked at and the staff told me to bring it in. They lift my car and lord behold my car had tons of oils all over the bottom of my car !!! They did not put my car together right and I am the one that is going to have to maintain my car more often due to there mistakes. My lawyer was there too to here there statements so we will just go from here.

My wife called Midas and was impressed with Billy's patience and professional attitude. She said Billy listened to her and made her feel like a valued customer even though we hadn't been to Midas in years. She dropped off the car and Midas gave her a ride home. She raved about the professionalism of Midas staff. When we went to pick the car up I was just as impressed! Midas gave us a complimentary oil change and fixed a problem with the remote start. It only took a few minutes and the total was much less than the estimate!
We have four cars to maintain and will definitely be back!!
