Swindlers. Tried to charge me for 2 hours of labour and $60 in parts for what ended up being a 20-minute job and $30 in parts (which I ended up getting done elsewhere). Manager outright lied to me when confronted. Would love to find an honest mechanic in this city because having to take your car in, as a young single woman with little-to-moderate knowledge about cars is anxiety-inducing . I work hard for my money like everyone else and shouldn't need to call my dad for a second opinion each and every time my car needs work. I despise being taken advantage of. I don't usually write negative reviews but this was appalling.

Absolutely the most amazing experience I have ever had. I went in for an out of province safety and etest and encountered some rare issues. The lady at the desk was incredible and knows the true value of customer service. I had  Andrew perform the tests for my SUV and he went out of his way to accomodate me with everything that I needed. He even came in 3 hours after the shop was close to further service my SUV. On his own time and was 100% on top of everything. It's rare to see people go the extra mile when they don't have too. I was beyond impressed with this Midas location!

I highly recommend this location it is the best one in Niagara I am a fairly new customer and each time is better than the last.  Very professional and you can trust these guys and the price is always the best I trust both of my cars to this location!  Keep up the good work!
