Wow, yet another one star review to this shady place. Doesn't surprise me. Got my truck towed here and one guy said it was a 700$ part, another said motor and another part went bad at the exact same time. Conflicting stories. This place was the only place that could touch it in under a week and a half. So I thought what the heck. Long story short, they use jasper trans and motors. As soon as I got 6,000 miles on my new 5K-6K motor it started knocking and I barely made it back to another shop. 9 months later, after fighting with jasper about their product and me being out a truck for that long, all u have to say is pay the extra 1500$ for an original GM motor instead of jasper motors which first graders build using Popsicle sticks and elmers glue to hold it together. To the owner: No I don't want to hear how sorry you seem to be, and how unfortunate these circumstances are. Take a look at your reviews and ask yourself why is this happening? It is a direct reflection of your establishment. It was a pleasure to honestly review it.

Good people and good prices

Took my truck in to get the blend door and mode doors fixed for the A/C and heat. I emailed them to get a quote and received a call from Carlos saying it would be around $250 and I would get the truck back at the end of the day. I took it in the next day at 7:30AM and at the end of the day he said it would be $860 and needed another day. The second day he had it he called back and now priced it at $1500! over 6X the original quote! he then stated he needed another day. Called the next day and he needed yet another day because after my truck was put back together it still didn't work correctly. Over 4 days later and now $1500 they cracked my dash and completely destroyed two of my defroster vents. He said "I told you we might break it some, oh well" and was completely rude to me and my wife when we voiced that we were not happy with how they broke the dash, charged us way over the initial quote, took four days, and was so rude and careless. Very dishonest, rude, careless and does not do good work. Only reason they get one star is because they actually did fix the blend doors and I cant give less than 1 star.

All my family has been doing business here for years and never had a complaint, yet. Friendly service. It all depends in how much in a hurry someone is.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We went in for an inspection, which should cost $7 and they wanted to charge us $1176. They said the brakes we put on 6 months ago were bad, and there was a leak in the rack and pinion. We knew the brakes were fine but we took it to another place to have them check everything. They said the leak was in the cap, which would cost about $40 (which we already knew), and that our breaks were fine. We paid $7 for our inspection, and were done in about 20 minutes, versus the hour and a half we spent in Midas.
