Went there to have my radiator checked. They told me all it needed was for air in the hose to be removed..."No Charge"; which i found quite strange.They said they had a hard time locking the hood.  After getting in the car I go to pull the hood lever...iT WAS BROKEN OFF. They broke the lever. So fix something but break something else...That's what "NO Charge" meant for me that day.

I went there for a simple oil change the manager came out and told me NO ! and it's not like a drive a old beat up car or anything he said my car MAY sit too low for their machine. I was upset because he didn't try. I Drive a 2013 Nissan Altima coupe I feel like he didn't want to do any work and it's unfair that I have to drive around Miami when this place is less than 5 minutes away from my home. I mean if you're going to tell someone NO don't try to obverse their car to find a reason to say NO !!!!!

Nothing too fancy about this place but they get the job done. One complaint is that they made me wait several days before being able to bring my car in for a vehicle inspection for insurance purposes. They're generally not busy so would recommend you stop by and see if they can take you the same day.

Worst customer service.   Took 2 days to get my car back for oil change and tune up.  Also over charged me for parts.  I'm a USMC Veteran.

After piercing one of my tires with a metal spike on I-95, I stopped by the gas station across the street of this Midas Tire Center to check the damage and see if the tire needed inflation or replacement. I saw the spike and then luckily (or so I thought) I spotted the Midas across the street. I drove the vehicle over knowing that I would be able to replace or patch my tire there. It was 4:20p.m. and the shop's closing time was at 5:00p.m. The man at the front desk told me they could not do anything for me since they had no air at the time to fill up the tire with, and then told me to come back tomorrow after the shop opens at 8:00a.m. Since I received zero help, I jacked up my car and replaced the bad tire with the spare while they guys over at Midas watched me work. Thanks Midas, I was ready to hand you my money, but now I'm glad you'll never see a dollar from me.
