The guy that runs the shop at this location, Aaron, knows customer service and does it right. My husband and I have taken both our cars in for maintenance and inspections, and Aaron has never tried to sugar-coat or beat around the bush. He tells us what the prices are, and lets us know if there are any discounts or deals available. He doesn't try to upsell or force us into paying for services or parts we don't really need. If only every shop was like this, I wouldn't feel the need to watch endless YouTube videos on car maintenance to make sure I know enough to detect when someone's trying to cheat me (like they did over at Jiffy Lube off Union Park and Fort Union--never going there again). I got my brakes replaced here, and they are guaranteed for life. Every time I've gotten a service here, they've done a great job, and super timely, too. One Saturday I was getting just under $500 worth of parts and service, and when I went to pay for them with my bank card, my card kept getting declined. I had more than sufficient funds in my account to pay for the services. Turned out my bank (Wells Fargo, blah), wouldn't let me do the transaction because of a daily transaction limit of $500, and another payment had gone through earlier that day which kept me from being able to pay the less-than-$500 tab on my car. The only way I could pay was in cash, which I'd have to go get. The bank was across the street, but had closed 10 minutes prior to my finding out what the problem was. Thanks for nothing, Wells Fargo. I would have to go to a different location much further away to get the cash. I told Aaron about what was going on, and he straight up let me take my car to go get cash & come back. How many people would let you do that, owing nearly $500? This shop really is the best I've been to in Utah, and we will keep coming back and getting our maintenance and repairs here as long as Aaron keeps running the show!

Got a timing belt and water pump replaced here.  After I got the invoice from them, I looked up the part number online, and they charged over twice the cost of the parts that were replaced.  I understand the need to make a profit, but passing 200% of the cost of parts on to the customer, plus labor is just ridiculous.
Of course, you're paying for convenience, so I do appreciate not having to take a day off work to fix this myself, so they've earned a star, but still...

Honest and fast! I brought my Subaru in for a oil change and took them about an hour, I had my service dog with me and they told me where to find a park nearby to walk her. There was a few problems that came up when I got back (they checked my fluids, tires, and other things for free). He made me aware of the problems without trying to hassle me into getting them fixed by him, like most mechanics would have. I was very happy with this location. I will visit again.

We had a PT Cruiser with ALOT issues.  And since I had always used Midas back home in Kentucky,  I went to this shop alone expecting the good service I'd always gotten back home BUT I was surprised Rick and Aaron provided GREAT service,  always honest,  always did their best to keep repairs in our budget. Very helpful ALWAYS.  Always knew who we were and our car and all its issues. Fast forward a year and a new car Toyota Yaris,  went in for oil change and we were greeted like old friends.  We will NEVER go anywhere else for service.  Thank you Again,  Rick and Staff you all are Doing A Great Job.  Customer Service is Above Acceptable
