They don't treat you like you're stupid. They take you out in the garage and show you what is wrong with that car and give you options on how to fix it. Even if it is small chunks at a time.

Very great customer service, they didn’t try to sell me into buying anything else which is something that most places do! No problems with my car after, I think they did a great job and were very helpful in answering any questions I had.

Had some major engine work done on my f150 here. They came in at $600 less then what the dealer wanted to charge me. Merle and Thomas were both extremely helpful, and really went the extra mile to take care of me.

Not very helpful or personable. I walked in and it felt like I was bothering them by scheduling some work to be done on my car. I decided not to schedule the work. Will not be coming here again.

"Accidentally" overcharged me by about $75 then said "oh... glad you caught that." Yea, I caught that. Jerk. Didn't even fix what I came in for. Just shady in general, makes me question what else was actually done.
