What a refreshing experience today getting car repairs. You know it can make you a little anxious. How jerked around am I gonna feel? Not at Midas in Medina. Manager Tom Truce was so friendly, upfront and helpful to me I had to leave this review while fresh in my mind. I did not catch the mechanic's name that worked on my car, but he was also a class act. They also assisted me with getting a rental from Enterprise next door so I could get to work at a decent time. Thanks so much, guys!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Midas in Medina.  The manager Tom Truce is honest, friendly and professional which is hard to find.  After my dealership tried to overcharge me for brakes Tom gave me a good price and was honest enough to tell me I only needed the  rear brakes.  Turns out my front brakes still have 80% left.  The dealership told me I needed new.  I was able to watch them put on my new brakes from the waiting area and saw them test it when they were done.  I will be taking my car to Midas for everything I need in the future.

Great place. I was visiting from out of town and had a nail in my tire and Tom the manager took great care of me at no charge.  Highly recommended.

This was my second visit. Two different managers both times. The service  was outstanding, friendly knowledgeable techs with Tom  the manager being an asset. The suggestions of what needs to be done and priorities were pointed out. Both the techs and Tom telling you straight up what is going on letting  you decide is refreshing. Dealer pricing but you pay for convenience as well. If corporate Midas is as smart as they think they are, they will keep this team in Medina Ohio.

I have a 10 year old car. It had a check engine light on and other issues I was ignoring. Greg ran a diagnostic and checked out my car. He showed me what was wrong and explained it in terms I could understand. When I was told it would it would be best for me to leave my car overnight I expressed concern that I might not be able to arrange a ride home or to work the next day. Greg said not to worry cause he would drop me off at home and pick me up and take me to work the next morning if need be. This is definitely going above and beyond! My car was ready the next day and is running great. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service.
