ZERO STARS IF THAT WOULD BE POSSIBLE. I took my car here to get the exhaust fixed before leaving on business. After fixing the exhaust they suggested the tie rod be replaced, I agreed to the fix although it had seen 3000+ miles with that loose tie rod already. My sister and brother-in-law picked the car up after the tie rod "repair" and noticed a loud clanging sound. After returning on business, I took the car back to get checked out and was told the strut is completely snapped. They denied having anything to do with that and started pitching a new strut to me. This is downright criminal. 

And to make things worse, this shop changed the oil the day before I returned from business and serviced the car with a broken strut and had no idea!!!! What kind of car care professionals are unable to recognize an unsafe car? And then service that car and let the customer leave without any warning?

I've been going to this shop for 3.5 years now, with 3 separate cars. The same manager has been there and he's always been totally courteous, answers all my questions and provides even more information. They've taken me into the shop to show me whatever issues they find. Prices are reasonable and they genuinely aren't trying to rip you off or sell extra stuff. I can do some basic-moderate work on my car and listening to the manager explain things to other customers while in the waiting room, it sounds like the severity of issues are explained honestly and fair prices are provided. Even something like a cabin air filter replacement, a simple job that I've heard of shops overpricing all the time, they're price was only a little above the cost of the filter itself as it would make sense to be. I definitely recommend this shop.

Great service. Gave me a quote, very clear cut and to the point. Did what needed to be done, no more, and did it well. Saved me a headache and a paycheck.

After my third visit here, I had to write a review since they are always timely. From oil changes to car maintenance, they go out of their way to get you in and out quickly. Management is very friendly and knowledgeable, giving suggestions on what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait.

My car overheated and was sold repairs costing at $1400, having no other options I paid this and was told the car would be safe to drive. After getting the car back a few days later, I was given another quote for "unseen" repairs that were still needed costing another $1500. I refused because I was obviously being played for more money. I was instead sold a new engine that the $1400 would go towards with an addition $1000 down for the labor, but the engine would be free. After a week of getting the car back a second time, engine is once again not working. Terrible, terrible service. I am completely and utter angered by this and once they fix this issue -- which I have zero intention of paying for myself, I am never returning and would advise others to look elsewhere as well. 0/5 stars ....
