I came here to do a full car inspection. I was supposed to get a detailed car inspection with a report and I was told it was suppose to take around an hour. They ended up kicking me out in the first couple minutes. My car has a rebuilt title and has been in an accident so he wanted to show me where the accident was. When he showed me where the accident was, I wasn’t surprised because I already saw it before and knew what I was dealing with. All of a sudden he told me to leave and said if you don’t care about that there is no need to inspect the rest of your car. It looked like he was kicking me out because they had other customers. I understand I came a little late but he could have been nice and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I buy and sell rebuilt title cars and I was going to do all of my work here, but they lost my business now.

Went in wanting my rear calipers replaced (They didn't need to be replaced, I just thought they needed to be. Wasn't told otherwise when I went in.) About 8 months after I got them replaced, I was leaking brake fluid. I took it back in, they were very cooperative and fixed it for me free of charge. A couple weeks after that, I had a very loud grinding noise coming from the back wheels. Called them up again and brought it in. I was told the caliper was messed up and that caused the brake pad and rotor to be worn down. I was told they would (again) fix the caliper for free, but I would have to pay to have the rotors and pads replaced. Even though the caliper that was messed up caused the damage, they would not replace them for free. Now that same caliper is seizing. I did not have a problem with my brakes until I got the two rear calipers replaced by this Midas. I am very disappointed with this location. Edit: I took my car into the location in Trotwood and everything got sorted out well. The manager there was great and we found the problem out.

It feels like they overcharge at times, but they are very nice and they get the job done in a timely manner.

I took my car into Midas for new tires, break check, alignment. I was told i needed a 3 step fuel system cleaning done. I agreed, thinking it was for the best of my car. BIG MISTAKE! My car is shaking, and the engine light wont turn off. I called corporate, the district manager a few hours of getting home. The district manager got back to me on Sat and I took it back. I was now told that I needed a new battery and that I need new plugs and coils! How is that my car worked better going in then coming out? I got the new battery but not the plugs or coils! When i received my paper work on Friday my checklist that states plugs and coils all check good! Checked in the green! Not the yellow or red! I feel that this location is really scamming me! I really believe, they are trying to meet their sales goals by damaging my car and trying to get me to pay more! I plan on taking my car to the dealership and have them find out the truth about what this Midas did to my car! We( the public) take our car to you, because you say you fix cars but what you do is take advantage of honest, hard working people! I also plan on contacting the BBB and showing them all the paperwork and pictures of the damage you have done to my car! ***UPDATE*** I took my car to another, fantastic place and they fixed the issue that was caused from the work that Midas did. Midas quoted me a almost $600 price to fix this issue, My new mechanic charged me 50 dollars and my car is fixed! Shame on you Midas for trying to take advantage of me!!! Oh and I did respond to your email. Guess what?? Not one call, zero! This is how you take care of your customers?? Shame on you! Worst customer service, ever!!!!!!
