Excellent customer service and expert mechanics!! I love that Midas always goes above and beyond for their customers, from the friendly greetings and warm atmosphere to the top notch service and honest hard work from good people. I went in today to have my rear tires put on and the technician was able to let me know my alternator needs to be replaced and even offered to do the work right away!! I can't thank Jeffrey, Ted, Brian and the other awesome technicians who helped get me and my little family back on the road today!!! You are all the best and I'm so thankful I found a shop and mechanical engineers that I can trust!!!! I will certainly refer anyone with car troubles to the wonderful people at Midas!

I was having car trouble on my way in to town the kind folks here got me in right away. I received same day service at a reasonable price. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I can admit they are a Bit Slow at getting services started, but If you want Pristine quality Work done you must be willing to let the Tech do his/her Job and give him/her time to get the job done Right. With this being said...Beautiful Work Today Midas Techs!!!! The older gentleman with Gray hair working at Cudahy,WI Location at 8AM (01/13/18) needs a raise for Outstanding Services!! :)

I didn’t give them one star because their mechanics are good, but the guy at the desk (who I think is Jeffrey) absolutely sucks at his job, I was supposed to get a call back about a part for my car on Monday and I never got a call. I call them Tuesday only to be told I’ll get a call back the next day, the next day comes and I get no call. So I call them at the end of that day, and yet again I get asked  if they can call me back tomorrow. It is now the end of that day that I was supposed to get that call back, and I have gotten no call back. Needless to say I am done with this place, and I would recommend going elsewhere for your car care needs.

Asked if i could have work done; kept telling me to wait and that i didn't need an appointment. Tried for 3 days and when i went back on the 3rd day like i was told to i got told to come back the next day again because they were too busy. I said if that was the car then why didn't you let me book an appointment a few days ago like I'd asked in the first place. I called Monroe down the street and had my problem fixed a few days later! Terrible customer service!
