Star service!! The manager (Jason) was so kind to me and saved me a lot of money. All of the mechanics worked fast and they even dropped my car off to me at my place of business near by. I can’t express my level of gratitude for them! It’s so nice to see that in a world full of money hungry corporations there are still small town employees act human and decent.

I recently had the blower motor go out in my truck and the crew at Midas we're a huge help to get it back working. I called in the afternoon and they were able to take my truck in just a few hours before closing and diagnose and repair it for me, even when most other places I had checked were going to take a week or more to schedule. It was great customer service and I felt very well taken care of. A+ for these guys!

I originally had an issue but the district/regional manager jumped right on it and took care of it quickly. He reached out to me as promised, reviewed all the pertinent information, and took action to resolve the issue quickly. He demonstrated excellent customer service, and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Good pricing for oil change and tire rotation.  Waiting for finished job was not long

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I’ve been a loyal customer, including my family for years, the past time I went just like normal for an oil change , I had to pay in cash that day and the manager even made a comment about being annoyed and how he had to go the bank because of me, first off rude. I went to work and got a call that my rotors had punctured my breaks which isn’t even possinl and that it would cost me close to 500$ to fix. Absolutely horrified how they treat their customers and that they think that I am that dumb to believe something so ridiculous. I will never be back here and neither will my family. Such a shame a local business is such a scam.
