Went in to get my tires balanced, and found out I had a bent rim. When I left, the car was still shaking. I took it back, and got two different stories. One said they screwed up, the other denied. Regardless, it got fixed the second time. Also, if working with a warranty company to pay for repair, they are much more expensive than what a dealership would charge. Dealership will negotiate to get you the minimal cost, and they do not.

I stopped at the Midas shop on Mahoning Ave 12/8/2016 at 5:45 pm. They close at 6pm. I was panicked as I was coming from Akron General and drove over a cement block. ( that was impossible to see ) I noticed that they close at 6pm and told them how badly I needed their help! Austin told me " don't worry ma'am we'll take a look at it and see what we can do for you" What a relief!!!  
Long story short. I was a woman in distress that could have easily been taken advantage of and I have to tell you....those guys that work there are wonderful...the cost to weld my repair was 107.25 tx included. They could have easily told me I need all new parts at a cost over 2200.00. They did give me both options....this is a honest, exceptional crew that works there. Austin, Lou, Mike and Brian.....Bravo guys!!! You could give lessons for Midas employee customer service! I would not hesitate to go back. Thank you guys!!!

I went there and the workers and guys was great. They fixed my car and was very kind . I needed some much work done and they didn't rush the job they did a great job my car rides smooth now and for the little things needs fix I'm definitely returning to them. I would suggest going to them if you want your car fixed correctly!!

I can not complain at all.. Every time I come to this shop the staff are friendly the shop and restroom are clean and they get to my vehicle right away, with no running around looking for parts and no hidden fees. I say from my past experience that they are very trustworthy and honest. Have not had a problem yet. Plus the manager kept my kids entertained while we waited. :-)
