Unfriendly. Find another way to get to and from the airport

For Middlebury students, a more practical service might be Green Cab or Route 2 Cabs; they are more accessible businesses and more convenient (no need to wait for confirmation calls or worry about giving credit information over the phone); Furthermore, their prices are far more reasonable and you don't have to worry about 24-hour cancellation fees, et cetera. In my experience customer service with the aforementioned cab companies is very good, whereas Midd Transit is somewhat rude and unfriendly.
