Jarrad was very rude and horrible. He talked over me all the time, so much so that I felt like I was on CNN. It's hard to listen when you are talking nonstop. I called in today to give my 30 day notice of vacating my unit. Jared says that today doesn't count toward my notice.  What? I'm calling to day to vacate my unit on 10/31/17 and you say my notice starts tomorrow and I need to pay for November?? No way. Count from today to the end of the month and you get 30. When I asked him for his supervisors name and number, he hatefully told me to "Google it." I'm done with Midgard. Please find somewhere else to store your goods. And I'll still trying to find his supervisors name and number.

My name is Jerrod. I'm currently the manager at this facility and since I can't directly respond to each I'm using this as the only way to do so. As for "J. Webb's" review, it's extremely inaccurate. She was the one that was talking over me and after being called names that I will not repeat, due to the fact that I couldn't honor her vacate notice,  I politely told her to get the information that she requested from Google and did so in a non abusive way before she hung up the phone. As far as "Rubi's" review goes, her significant other came to my store to get a tow dolly for a car and was turned away because he didn't  have a driver's license because he is in the country illegally and Ms. Rubi was not with him so I was unable to rent to him with no license based off of policy. He had her license with him but unfortunately that's not how it works. I never spoke with her at all during the situation, it was only her boyfriend. If you have a need for storage or need a U-Haul please don't hesitate to call me and I will gladly take care of you with the upmost respect and will help you any way that I can.

I was in need of a rental truck to move my belongings from Ga to MO. I called several different companies and they wanted to charge me 2 to 5 times more than Budget. Andrea was super nice, helpful and accommodating. She even called to make sure I was ok during my trip. Top notch establishment. I will refer all my friends and family here for any future moves.

The storage place is nice Jon did a good job helping me decide what size unit I needed. He makes you feel comfortable and put your mind at ease while your moving.
