Midland Family Dental Care was established in 1995 by Dr. Fred A. Puccio and has developed into one of the most prestigious names in dental practices in Northern New Jersey. Our state-of-the-art dental facilities are located in Wyckoff and Garfield, NJ. They both can accommodate patients with a wide variety of dental needs including many advanced procedures such as implants and smile makeovers. We strive to educate patients about their dental health and preventative dentistry.

Dr. Puccio takes pride in practicing dentistry as an art form. He attempts to enhance his patients’ appearance, while at the same time maintaining their dental health. For this reason, he especially enjoys practicing with the latest in cad/cam, cosmetic and implant dentistry, improving smiles one patient at a time. He also teaches these advanced procedures as a clinical instructor at New York University College of Dentistry in the honors restorative clinic.

CEREC is an acronym for Chairside Economical Restorations of Esthetic Ceramics. Translated, it means that a dentist can economically restore damaged teeth in one single appointment using high quality porcelain material that matches the color, shape, and composition of natural teeth. CBCT allows us to diagnose and treat patients with extreme accuracy and precision by rendering high resolution 3D x-rays. Dental lasers helps us treat patients more comfortably without the need of invasive surgeries.

CEREC Dental Technology combines in one system an optical camera, computer and milling machine within the office that allows for a perfect design replacing tooth structure and placement of the restoration all in one visit without the need of impressions and temporaries.
