Go back to being Alpena Medical Arts... This new system isn't working.. Going to have to shop for new medical providers.

Since the move to Mid Michigan from Alpena Medical Arts the service has gone downhill, first I cannot get an appointment with my physician for a month. Now I cannot speak to anyone in billing regarding a charge to my provider, they do not have phones is what I am being told. I had hoped that Mid Michigan would improve the quality of care available in Alpena, but so far it is a disappointment.
