Mitch is a great coach. He's flexible and adapts to every one of his members needs. His form is also beautiful and he makes sure that no one is doing anything dangerously. The building is older but the owners keep the place up to date with newer equipment and fantastic coaches with great attitudes. Jason is also a great coach to pick up tips from! Two thumbs up!

The best place to do crossfit in Merced. The vibe and people here are amazing. All the instructors are very good at what they do.
