I don't know how they have such bad reviews. The surgeon and nurses were very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Recovery rooms were clean and orderly. I felt like i was in good hands. My recovery was very fast. The receptionist when i first called was very direct and very business oriented not very people friendly but seemed to be doing her job. The receptionist on way out, a different receptionist, was very nice and friendly i would definitely go there again. Very good experience.

Referred here by my dentist for removal of some tissue. Pleasant office and medical staff in a no frills setting. Dr. Midtling is casual, approachable and quickly took care of my issue.

This is hands-down the most terrifying dental experience that I have ever had in my life! They refused to address my medical issues and anxiety throughout the entire process, because that meant doing things slightly different than they normally do. All of my requests and fears fell on deaf ears because the only goal here is to turn as many patients as possible in the shortest amount of time. We were all treated like cattle being sent off to the slaughterhouse! Midtling made no effort whatsoever to ensure that I was comfortable and safe during, or after the procedure. They allowed me to stumble to my ride in the parking lot alone, refused to prescribe me an antibiotic, he showed total apathy regarding any infection prevention! My mouth bled continuously for three days, nonstop following this extraction! After a week of unanswered phone calls, I was so painfully desperate that I finally just went elsewhere! The entire right side of my face and neck had become so swollen that I started to fear that this could be something worse! I was absolutely livid when I found out that the cause of all this pain was a severely infected dry socket accompanied by an unbreakable fever! Every nightmare that I thought could happen, happened, and they wouldn't even return a damn phone call even after I explained what was going on! To add insult to injury, this so-called "doctor" (for lack of a better title) took no precautions whatsoever, or even slightly made an attempt to be gentle with my mouth while I was completely vulnerable and unconscious! It has now been a month and the painful holes in my gums/cheeks where he had clearly just jabbed the Novocain needles, are finally starting to subside. I am honestly baffled as to how this facility has not been shut down or sued for malpractice and abuse. I am begging anyone who reads this to please go somewhere else and find a different, caring, more qualified surgeon to perform whatever it is that you need!!! You are not safe here under the care of these people, if you can even call it care…

Agreed with holly! Rude receptionist! I asked if I could set up am appointment next Saturday and she said Dr is set up with sugeries and booked. I then asked when next date further out would be good for me to choose from and huffed and puffed "like I said....I SAID HE IS BOOKED ALL NEXT WEEK".. I GOT MAD and said "YEAH I HEAR u, thats why I'm asking for dates further out to schedule ule an appointment" I didn't even get thru the convo and was pissssed and hung up. This lady needs to be FIRED!

Didn't even get through a whole phone call with the receptionist. I was so horrified with the way she was talking to me, I hung up. She was impatient and exhaled loudly when I didn't know the numbers of which teeth needed to be extracted. Considering the other reviews, this is consistent behavior and it has not improved.
