I have been a member for over a year. For a 150$ a month I would not expect to find used tampons in the shower, machines not functioning for months, and cards expiring for no reason when your credit card was charged. Plus is full of older people with all sorts of health issues who leave their clothing on machines just cause they cannot bend etc., I would expect the staff to be more helpful towards the elderly and not just rely on the rest of the customers.

Awesome place. I am a member and I play tennis there, use the gym, even do pilates. Really large facilities, good courts, good gym, good instructors, good lessons. Very satisfied.
