Today I arrived at the Midway x-ray machine in security and realized I had left my phone in the car. Fifteen minutes later I had phone in hand after EZ delivered the phone personally to me at the Southwest departure doorway. Amazing service and will continue to support them in the future!!

My experience with Midway EZ Parking was POOR at best. When we arrived, the attendant quoted us one price to park. Upon pick-up today, he stated it was full price because I parked my own car. The free shuttle is slow & left the parking lot without us even after he said he would hold it for us. All we did was park the car & pull 2 carry on bags from the trunk. The final issue is now I have a huge scratch on the side of my car, which they claimed didn't happen on their lot. Pay the extra money & park at Midway to avoid the hassles & headaches of this poorly ran location.
