In late 2009 Midwest Anti-Aging started its mission to commit to reasonably priced corrective skin care services. Since then we have grown and changed but our prices will remain the same. You are guaranteed wonderful products by Image Skincare, Great service and unbeatable pricing. Not to mention a great corrective device that we use to create a dramatic before and after!! This place hardly even deserves 1 star. I went in to have a dermaplane session and facial done and left with cuts on my face and in pain. I told Jessica the cuts hurt during the session and she goes "It's fine, this happens all the time." That's alarming because I've had dermaplaning done over 30 times and NEVER ONCE have I left with cuts on my face. The next day, I woke up to even MORE scabs on my face that had developed overnight. I called the salon to express my frustration and ask for a refund and they put the owner of the salon, Danielle, on the phone. Danielle asked me to send a picture to "prove" it, which I did, however she said she needed multiple pictures with different angles and lighting. I was at work and did not have time to take all my make-up off again and take several pictures that all looked the same. I'm not even sure why she needed the pictures anyways, because she ended up telling me that no matter what they never offer refunds but offered me a complimentary dermaplaning session for my next visit. Very funny, Danielle. There will be no next visit. This place is a joke and I can't believe they have their business license. That's okay though, that's exactly what Google Reviews are for!

I had a dermaplane facial and brow wax with Jessica. She was professional and knowledgeable and made me comfortable with the process. The ambiance of the spa was relaxing and peaceful. I will be going back!
