Have to keep on top of Mark Baker, He cancels appointments without notice. I called to see what happened and he said the tenant had his personal phone number and that is why he backed out... No call or anything... He may do good work but lacking integrity from my experience

When deciding the time was right to redo the master bathroom in our home, we looked at two companies.  Home Depot and Midwest.  Midwest already handles our HVAC system and have great service. While Home Depot gave some good ideas, the proposed cost and timeframe of the project were much better with Midwest.   In any project as big as this, there are going to be a few setbacks, but working with Midwest was a joy, and the ability to reach out to someone local to get answers to questions or to discuss a change or a new paint color were easy.  I have referred Midwest to others and will continue to do so.
