Been going to Midwest for 15+ years. Dr. Rosenberg is currently my dentist and she does an amazing job. Excellent chair-side manner and takes the time to explain any information and answer your questions.

My husband and I recently moved up here from Milwaukee. We are always nervous receiving medical or dental assistance from different doctors. Dr. Katie Rognlien is top notch. I have NEVER received such a thorough examination from an AMAZING doctor. She explains what I need to do to keep a healthy set of teeth.

Recently had my first appointment with Midwest Dental. I was nervous since I hadn't been to the dentist in a VERY LONG time. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and did not make me feel bad for being so neglectful. I had to come back for a debridement cleaning - which wasn't pleasant but needed to be done. I love how clean and great my teeth are looking and actually looking forward to my follow up appointment next month! The best parts are that they keep you up to date with appt reminders through email and/or text. They also walked me through all the procedures I had done or will have done and gave me a print out that showed estimates of what my insurance will cover and my out of pocket -- making it very easy for me to budget!

Love the dentists but the billing department is TERRIBLE!! We have never experienced such incompetence before. Multiple times we were sent a bill a YEAR later for services with excuses upon excuses. I honestly don't know how they even have a job there, very unprofessional.
