DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE Midwest Moving and Storage. THEY WILL MISLEAD YOU, COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE, AND THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR TO GET YOUR BUSINESS. THEN YOU WILL LIKELY GET SCREWED. SO MANY DAMAGED AND BROKEN ITEMS. THEY WILL ASK YOU TO PAY FIRST BOTH WHEN THEY DEVILVER STUFF AND OTHERWISE THEY WILL PUT YOUR STUFF TO STORAGE AND YOU SHOULD PAY. THE ESTIMTED TIME TO DELIVER 21 BUSINESS DAYS AND THEY CAME AFTER 25 BUSINESS DAYS. SO MANY DAMAGED AND BROKEN ITEMS AND NO RETURN EVEN ASKING TO PAY EXTRA FOR WAITING TIME.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! And do not mistake it for the one out of Illinois. THIS company uses LONG HAUL VAN LINES which has horrible reviews if you search for them. You don't know that they are the same company until they get to your house. They arrived a day late and then took four weeks to deliver my items....I had so many DAMAGED and BROKEN items it was unbelievable.
