I called this location several times over the past two days for storage pricing as I have been shopping around to rent a storage unit. A lady finally answered the phone. When I asked about pricing, she asked me what I was looking for in a tone of voice as if she was trying to "hold back" as much information as possible. I mentioned the size range I was looking for (she should have been the one to ask me that and determine my needs and ask the probing questions as I experienced with other facilities). She mentions that she only has certain sizes available. I also mentioned that it would be a month before I would be storing. She informed me that I need to call back in a month then, while trying to rush me off the phone. I informed her that I still want pricing and I was able to obtain a few prices from her. I tried to ask further questions but she made it clear that she did not have time to continue the phone conversation as she mentioned that she is in the middle of restoring a computer (as if that is more important that trying to get a potential paying customer into the door). At the end of our phone conversation I made it clear to her that she has no desire to get customers into the door and that I would be looking elsewhere.

Very friendly. Every question i had they answered accurately. No they don't send you a bill, but you should know when your bills are due. Very clean. Gated. Easy access. I would and have referred people here.

I found both the ladies that I dealt with in the office very rude and snobby.  They always treated me as if they didn't have any time for me when I called or went in there.  When they do their billing, they do not send you a bill in the mail, you have to remember to pay every month yourself.  The only reason we picked this place was because it had a very clean appearance and we were in a time crunch.  We moved out this month and I will never recommend this place to anyone I know because of the extremely rude and horrible customer service.  I had the same problem as JD when I would call during their business hours, they wouldn't answer the phone sometimes.  Horrible Horrible Horrible.
