Went in with 20 people. We had four tables with five at each table. Drinks were not served for everybody at the table at the same time. By the time they finally took our food order (20 minutes) we needed our drinks refilled. Had to wave at server to get her attention. Finally came to take our order. I ordered a chili burger and wife ordered nachos. One of the people at our table got a steak and she was done before I got my burger (minus chili). Wife still doesn't have nachos. After five minutes we go looking for the manager and he gives us a lame excuse of how busy they were. Well we arrived after the dinner rush (8:00pm) so we could seat our group together. He told us not to worry about the bill as they wouldn't charge us for anything.

of us arrived for a late lunch on a weekday. Our server came by for our drink order and returned 15 minutes later with waters sans the beer we also ordered. She dispassionately presented us with menus and was not in the mood to answer questions about the food. We ordered as we were pretty hungry then proceeded to go to the bar to get the beers she wasn't bringing us. Later we went to the bartender again for refills. We waited an hour for our food and still nothing. We queried the manager about the status of our food order and his response implied that the kitchen staff was not up to their tasks and sorry for the wait. We waited another 10 minutes, left money for the beers on the table and left hungry.

Great place that kinda offers everything, even delivery! The food was good and service was good when we went in the evening. The next day the lunch service was mediocre at best. Our food took a good 30 minutes to come out and others who ordered after us received their food first. When we got our food, my friend's burger wasn't even close to right! They fixed it but we had to find another server to help us because ours seemed to go missing for 10 minutes at a time!

Again, the place has a great concept going through and the hiring manager has certainly hand picked his or her staff.

We sat down at 6:40, inside, and there were only 3 other tables seated. Our server took our drink order and I placed an app order right away, I'm starving! Server comes back awhile later, about 15 min to take food order. Started to walk away before he even took mine. I had to stop him and tell him I was ordering too. We asked about our app and his reply was, "that table over there sat down before you and still doesn't have theirs yet so it's probably going to be awhile." We waited 15 more minutes without seeing or hearing from our server, left $5 on the table to cover our 2 sodas and left. Poor service and lack of concern or respect from staff.... guess they depend on the $1 shots to cover the bills. Feeling very disappointed, 4 months pregnant and really wanted the stuffed breadsticks.

Stopped in here via a recommendation. I think we got a newer waitress who didn't know what a "whiskey neat" meant. Ended up with a shot glass. Wasn't too frustrated, but maybe train your staff to know what common bar orders mean....being that this place a BAR & Grill. 

I got the Ceaser salad, it tasted OK but it is literally a vertically-cut, head of lettuce that is "grilled". Meaning, wilted leaf ends. Staff didn't seem all that friendly except for a younger guy who seemed to be doing everything.
