My fiancé and I were visiting port St Lucie for the day and my phone that had been cracked for a while decided to stop working...it was 2:50 on a Saturday when we called mifone. They closed in 10 minutes and we were about 20 away. When we called he said he'd stay open for us! Unfortunately we miscommunicated and they couldn't fix iPhone 6S screen since they didjt carry it (I told them on the phone I had a iPhone 6) so when we got there he felt bad and called other places around for us to find out who could do same day fixes and even gave us the quickest directions to get there.....great customer service!!!! Would recommend to all!

Great customer service!!!!  Brought in my tablet for screen repair - very knowledgeable and reasonably priced!  Highly recommended.

I'll never go back and I wouldn't recommend this place. They fixed some of my problems but created more problems and headaches in the process. My iPhone had a cracked screen, both cameras were shattered, the foundation was bent up and the back class was broken as well. I searched around the area and decided to go to Miifone because of their good reviews. When I got there they seemed willing to help and I felt comfortable paying them my $210 to fix all the problems I had (really didn't feel like the price was steep either). Part of the problem is that they'll take advantage of you if you don't know everything about your phone and it's parts. As they were taking apart my phone to fix it, they told me the glue on the battery of my phone made it difficult to take the battery from the old foundation of the phone to put it in the new one and that they would give me a brand new battery. Little did I know that the battery they were planning to give me would be faulty - dying when the phone hits 20% and overheating because of poor insulation around the cheap battery. The second issue I have is that when I talk on the phone (I don't even touch the screen) the conversation will go from speakerphone, to not on speakerphone, to back on speakerphone. When I searched the problem I found out this was due to cheap replacement screens. The last issue I have is definitely the most significant and highly annoying. When I went back to tell them about the bad battery and bad screen they kept finding loopholes as to why they couldn't fix it. Although they gave me a 3 month warranty nothing ever seemed to be covered under that warranty. I would go in and ask them to look at it and the answer was always, "that wasn't covered as part of the warranty." What's the point of saying we have 3 months to fix any problems YOU created, if you won't honor that warranty?! 

It may not be the best price or the shortest distance or the most convenient for you, if you live in Port St. Lucie, but the drive to the Apple store in the Gardens Mall (nearest location) will be well worth it. At least you'll know they're performing the task at hand to their best ability, that it's a reputable company and that they'll honor their warranty.

Excellent experience. Elderly mom need help with her ipad. I am not in the area and searched for someone local to mom to diagnose issues. Michael worked with me long distance via phone on the problem, gave me a huge amount of resources and information, and made mom's day with his pleasant attitude and demeanor. Will recommend highly!

BEST REPAIR SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TOO. quick, easy and a great price. been twice in the past month with a problem i didnt think was possible to fix but he did his magic and i could never be happier with the results.
