The greatest trainer I ever went to. I never lost weight so quickly and enjoyed every work-out.  I recommend mike cola fitness to everyone that has any interest in getting in shape. He is one of a kind.

Thanks to Mike's training skills and sophisticated knowledge of the body and diet, I quite literally feel ten years younger. In my 50s, I lost 15 pounds of fat, gained 10 pounds of muscle, and due to some specifically designed leg work, my sore, aching knees no longer hurt. Mike is a terrific trainer, and very pleasant to work with. You won't be sorry you gave him a try.

Great experience!  I've been to a few personal trainers, but this is TRUE one-on-one.  Mike was with me every second of the workout.  I was the only person in the facility and Mike gave me 100% of his attention.  I've recommended a few friends.
