8/16 I went into Superior Auto with a 2003 Lexus in my head, as that was what I saw online. With the help of Jennifer, she was able to put me into a 2017 Chevy!!! She was awesome and really listened to what was important to me. I will definitely purchase from here again.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was by far the easiest, least stressful, no-hassle, honest, straightforward, helpful dealership we have every encountered in over 30 years of buying cars. It was also refreshing not to have to deal with "the sales manager". Jennifer was fabulous and made this the most painless process, and quick too. We will recommend you to all our friends (already have) and will shop here again in the future. Thanks for your honesty and integrity.

Fantastic! My dream car overheated and the engine wasn't salvageable, so I needed a car right away. I wasn't thrilled with the idea of finding a car, but I am thrilled that I found this place. I was used to buying from car dealer friends in my home state, but this experience was just as terrific (even as regrettable as it was). Mary Jo was no pressure, completely there to help, and got things done right away. Thanks for taking the scare out of this! Now on to figure out all the gadgets in my new-to-me car. - Terri

I purchased a car from Jennifer and dealt with Jason as well. They both went above and beyond my expectations. They do live up to the name. I would definitely recommend Superior to anyone looking for a nice vehicle. Thank you both.

I was in the market for a new to me SUV. I saw this dealer had a lot of 5 star Google reviews so that's what originally attracted me to check them out. I got the truck I wanted with no money down, affordable payments and drove off the lot the same day with just my signature. A few weeks after my purchase, I had an issue with the front tires. (The tread/tires were brand new when I got it) but over the first 4 weeks, they went bald. I emailed them photos and they immediately had me drop it off for repair, which they covered the cost of. They also graciously put me into a loaner vehicle while they made repairs to mine. ( NOT ONE other used car dealership I know of would have done that) That's the best customer service I've ever had with a used car dealership. I always recommend them and when I need a new vehicle, I will definitely be going back to them.
